This is when we map out your intention, the environment, support structure and other experience elements.
If you slow down you will see how amazing life can be.
Step 2
Expansion
This is a full day of 6-8 hours, where you will journey into consciousness, and expand on current narratives.
Dance as if no one is watching.
Step 3
Integration
Integration is perhaps the most crucial part of the long-term benefits.
In our sessions, we will process your experience.
In the end, everything will be ok. If you are not ok, then it's not the end.

Meet your Facilitator
Thomas is a psychedelic facilitator, he bring a diverse training and expertise to guide transformative experiences.
With psychedelic training from the Synthesis Institute and Mind Foundation, my journey as a facilitator extends beyond psychedelics.
Trained as a breathwork and ecstatic dance facilitator, I integrate diverse modalities to create holistic, immersive experiences.
Certified in somatic trauma therapy and emotionally focused couples therapy, I am committed to fostering healing and growth on both individual and relational levels.

The cost is £120 per hour.
It’s usually recommended that we have minimum 3 preparation sessions and 3 integration sessions.
The 3 preparation sessions are one-to-one calls where we explore your intentions and what you want to journey with during your experience.
We will also plan the experience by preparing the setting, support network and other critical components for a successful outcome.
On the day, you will be in a location of your choosing with another support person and me.
Music specifically designed by research to assist the journey will be playing.
The integration will consist of me supporting you in making meaning, embodying the experience, and continuing the improvements experienced.
This is very, very rare.
If this happens, we will have planned how we can support you through this, and I will always be with you.
In the very rare instance that you have a “bad” experience meaning a more challenging experience, then participants tend to change perception during integration and realise it’s been beneficial and sometimes even life-changing as more complicated emotions that were previously not accessible have been processed and a sense of lightness and ease returns.
